Can Certify Translations help me with this?

Generally, most institutions and organizations only require certified documents, a simpler and more common process of certification. In the case an institution abroad requests an Apostille to be issued with one of your public documents, Certify Translations offers translation and Apostille services so that you don’t have to worry about it. All you need to do is turn in your documents and specify the country you need the Apostille for.

The Process

First, we will translate your documents and send them to our offices in Chicago.
There, a certificate of accuracy is attached to the translation, ensuring that the translation is a faithful representation of the original.
The documents are then notarised, which means that a Notary Public ensures its authenticity.
The translation and notarised document is taken to the Secretary of State, where the Apostille is issued and attached to the translation and certification.
